1. The applicant must ensure that all information furnished in the application form is complete, accurate and up to date to the best of their knowledge and belief.
2. Submission of the application form does not confer any right to appointment as a Notary and the competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
3. The applicant shall be solely responsible for the correctness of the details provided, including personal information, qualifications, experience and supporting documents.
4. Any false, incorrect, or misleading information, or suppression of material facts, shall lead to summary rejection of the application.
5. The applicant must ensure that all required documents are uploaded/attached in the prescribed format and within the stipulated time.
6. Incomplete applications or applications not submitted in accordance with the prescribed procedure are liable to be rejected without notice.
7. The applicant agrees to comply with all provisions of the Notaries Act, 1952 and the rules framed thereunder, as amended from time to time.
8. The applicant shall keep a copy of the submitted application form and supporting documents for future reference.
9. Login in your account and complete your application form. Incomplete application form shall be rejected without notice.
